2.3 Additional Eligibility Requirements

03 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games, betting markets, and promotional features on xx99bet, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on xx99bet. If duplicate accounts are identified, xx99bet will close the additional accounts, void associated bets, and recover any bonuses or winnings generated through the duplicated accounts.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.3 Deposit Processing

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

4.5 No Third-Party Payments

In the event of a conflict between this section and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

To be eligible for any bonus on xx99bet, you must:

• Hold a fully verified account in good standing.
• Meet the minimum deposit requirement specified for the offer.
• Opt in to the promotion where opt-in is required (as indicated in the promotion details).
• Not have an active self-exclusion or deposit limit that conflicts with the promotion's requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free-bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-derived winnings remain in a restricted "bonus balance" and cannot be requested for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. 5.4 Abuse and Misuse of Bonuses

06 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on xx99bet, you agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — personal, non-commercial entertainment — and in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xx99bet:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the Platform in any way not approved by xx99bet.

6.2 Responsible Use

07 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Grounds for Account Action

Account suspension or closure may be initiated in response to, but not limited to, the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

7.2 Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance remaining in the account wallet — excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonuses and bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

• Losses resulting from changes to odds, market suspensions, or bet voidings carried out in accordance with these Terms.

8.1 No Warranties
